Public Courts Availability
*Please remember that through an arrangement with the SAISD, the USTA Leagues have reserved courts 4, 5, & 6 at Glenn Middle School/ Concho Valley Tennis Center for League play weeknights 6:00-10:00pm.
If there are no leagues, the courts are open to the public.

Tennis Center Operation & Contacts
The courts at the public tennis facility are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to the guidelines established by the SAISD Athletic Department, the official agent responsible for the operation of the public tennis facility. According to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of San Angelo and SAISD dated January 23, 2007, the City may choose to secure the assistance of a “not-for-profit” tennis organization to assist with public tennis programming at the Facility. Facility Use
During the school year, SAISD students will have use of six courts Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:30. Two courts will be available to the public or “not-for-profit” group for special programs from 7:30-10 p.m. After 4:30 on weekends, the courts will be available for tennis programming and public use. The hours for public/program use on Saturdays and Sundays is 7:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Contact: Mark Baker, SAISD Athletic Department
Not-for-Profit Group/Programs
Since 2002 the Concho Valley Tennis Association (CVTA) has been a partner with SAISD, offering affordable tennis opportunities to juniors in the surrounding area at the Central High School courts. As a partner with SAISD, CVTA has offered instructional opportunities to approximately 200 juniors per year from March-early December.* CVTA will continue to offer programs at the new tennis center and is sensitive to sharing courts with the public and USTA adult leagues. However, CVTA programming and public use is subject to change for SAISD tennis tournaments, dual matches, and special events. Contact: CVTA

Construction of Public Facility Funding
